The Management Faculty’s goal is to give students the knowledge and concrete skills enabling them to analyze competently the company environment, and especially the market and competitive environment of the company. These studies prepare students to manage their own firm or to work at executive positions in national and international companies.
The knowledge acquired during their studies will help prepare students to become managers who are able to meet present and future challenges and will consciously shape their future. Students with leadership qualities will develop their interests and passions as will those who prefer teamwork.
BA Program
Graduate Profile
Management graduates with a BA degree have theoretical and practical knowledge in management and related subjects regarding the substance, correctness and problems of the functioning of an organization – companies, public institutions. During their studies they acquire the skill of recognizing, diagnosing and solving the problems of managing human, material and financial resources and information. They will be prepared to implement the basic functions of managing processes and ventures of an economic and administrative character in an organization. They will speak a foreign language and be able to use specialist management language. The studies will prepare them to work as a specialist in organization and management, and as a mid-level manager in companies as well as managing their own economic activity. Graduates will have acquired the skills of effective communication, negotiation, deal-making and teamwork. They will be able to continue studying for a MA degree if they desire.
Graduates of this program will find employment in the following positions: operational, analytical, mid-level management in companies and consulting agencies. They are future managers-economists, entrepreneurs and business specialists, as well as highly qualified specialists for national and local administrations. They are also people who will choose to manage their own business.
BA Management graduates can continue to study Management at the MA level in Chodkowska University.

MA Program
Graduate Profile
Management graduates with an MA degree have acquired the managerial knowledge and skills necessary for managing a production or service SME, managing public relations and human resources in national and local government administration units. Simultaneously, the knowledge of economics, accounting and finance acquired during their studies will allow them to independently evaluate the financial situation of the company and nurture the company’s on-going development; managing and marketing skills help to establish its position, while the knowledge of public relations – helps shape the external image of the company in cooperation with the media. Management graduates will find employment in the following positions: operational, analytical, mid- and high-level management in companies, national and local administration organizations, consulting agencies and non-profit institutions and are very well prepared to manage their own SME. MA studies are also open to graduates of other programs from the group of economic studies and from outside this group. Obtaining two different diplomas can turn out to be extremely helpful in competing for a workplace, and furthering one’s career.
