The application deadlines are as follows:

30th July for the winter semester
31 December for the spring semester

Before you arrive:

• Fill in the Application Form and the Learning Agreement (to be downloaded in the section “Documents”)
• Select your classes and have them approved by your home university (please select the classes from the list of courses)
• Check to see if you need to obtain a visa, and if so, apply for one – we will send you an acceptance letter to help you get your visa

Documents to be sent to the International Relations Office:

• Application Form,
• Learning Agreement (two copies - this is VERY IMPORTANT) approved by your home university,
• CV,
• passport photos (x2),
• a copy of your passport ID page,
• official university transcript

Confirm your arrival with the LLP-Erasmus Coordinator at University of Management and Law. The Coordinator we will issue the Acceptance Letter and approve your Learning Agreement, which will be mailed to your home university.

Ensure that you bring these documents with you:

• Passport
• Visa (if required); Schengen Visa is recommended
• Health Insurance (valid in Poland, not only for Emergency Situations)
• Erasmus scholarship confirmation (particularly important if you are a non-EU citizen and want to obtain Schengen Visa to travel abroad while in Poland).
