About UML University of Management and Law carries out an educational process coherent to the requirements and standards of Ministry of National Education and Bologna Declaration. The purpose of Bologna Declaration is creating a common zone of higher education and a research area within the European Community.
Thanks to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) on every department, the students have an opportunity of full individualization of their studies, establishing educational load depending on their needs and interests – always coherent with the requirements of Ministry of National Education.
At our University, the programmes of studies are created on the basis of labour market requirements. Within the programme of studies, the students attend regular classes and are required to study on their own. The basic forms and methods of running classes are as follows: lectures, seminars, monographic lectures, language and computer laboratories, managerial workshops, decision-making and simulation games. The education is supported by professional practice. Modern data communications such as Internet and Intranet, play a major role in teaching.
Studies at our University create an opportunity to get credible academical knowledge and practical abilities, which are essential in further professional career. They guarantee expansion of student’s intellectual capability and create interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving abilities. Tests from a foreign language allow qualifying future students to appropriate language groups. Information about these tests is available in the Recruitment and Promotion Office. The University enables receiving international language certificates, such as: LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry), PITMAN QUALIFICATIONS, and European Computer Driving Licence, which not only increases the chances on the labour market, but also is an internationally recognized confirmation of computer abilities.
